Lou David made a career for himself by playing menacing bad guys in a handful of 70s and 80s films. He made his film debut as an Italian mobster in the funky blaxploitation outing, Come Back, Charleston Blue. He also made a comedic cameo appearance as a mugger in the delightful cross-country car race romp, The Gumball Rally. In 1981, Lou achieved his enduring cult popularity by accepting the role of the Cropsey in, The Burning. Lou owned the role as the sadistic camp caretaker who falls victim to the tragic burning then returns for revenge! Armed with his trademark shears and homemade flame-thrower, the vengeful Cropsey chopped and scorched his way through the woods of Camp Blackfoot 35 years ago…and now HE’S BACK at Bay of Blood Weekend! (Thankfully Lou himself is much more friendly!)
