Bay of Blood Weekend is an ideal event for vendors & exhibitors specializing in movies, memorabilia, masks, props, make-up & special FX, artwork, clothing, collectibles and anything related to horror or pop culture. Our host hotel, Holiday Inn Tampa Westshore, is proud to offer a Grand Ballroom plus large additional foyer space to accommodate all our vendors and exhibitors. The hotel is conveniently located in downtown Tampa, only minutes from the airport AND provides FREE airport shuttle directly to and from the show, plus FREE parking!

Vendor/Exhibitor Tables are ON SALE NOW!

Standard Vendor/Exhibitor Tables

  • Each Standard vendor booth space measures approx. 8 x 8 and includes one (1) standard 6 ft table and two (2) chairs.
  • Vendor spaces are only $250 for the weekend with optional pipe and drape included FREE of charge.
  • Vendors will be given two (2) vendor badges per vendor space (not per table).
  • A limit of (2) additional vendor badges per vendor space may be purchased at a cost of $35 each.
  • Electricity access for the weekend is available at an additional fee of $50 per vendor space.
  • Vendor spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis and space is LIMITED!
  • The official cut-off date for vendor sales is August 23. Please purchase your tables EARLY to secure your spot!

 

Vendor/Exhibitor Corner Booth (SOLD OUT)

  • Each Vendor/Exhibitor Corner Booth space measures approx. 8 x 8 and includes one (1) standard 6 ft table and two (2) chairs.
  • Corner Booth spaces are only $400 for the weekend with optional pipe and drape included FREE of charge.
  • Vendors will be given two (2) vendor badges per vendor space (not per table).
  • A limit of (2) additional vendor badges per vendor space may be purchased at a cost of $35 each.
  • Electricity access for the weekend is available at an additional fee of $50 per vendor space.
  • Vendor spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis and space is LIMITED!

  • Each Artist Alley booth space measures approximately 8 ft x 8 ft and comes with one (1) standard 6 ft table and two (2) chairs.
  • Artist Alley spaces are only $150 for the weekend with optional pipe and drape included FREE of charge.
  • Artist Alley artists will be given two (2) vendor badges per vendor space (not per table).
  • A limit of (2) additional vendor badges per vendor space may be purchased at a cost of $35 each.
  • Electricity access for the weekend is available at an additional fee of $50 per vendor space.
  • Artist Alley spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis and space is LIMITED!
